The shop appointment texts.
What you'll get
- Appointment texts: a confirmation when you book and a reminder before your appointment, with a link to cancel. Sent when you give us your mobile number to book; you can turn reminders off when booking.
- "Time for your next cut" texts (optional): at most one text per visit when you're due to come back, with a link to book. Only if you check the box or say yes on the phone.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how often you book, usually 2 to 3 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. Reply START to turn appointment texts back on. Reply HELP for help, or call the shop.
The fine print
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking. See our Privacy Policy.
